Writing
Shamala enjoys writing and has many publications to her name. She is able to write at all levels to a variety of audiences on a range of topics.
Her writing includes articles in scientific journals, hospital and school newsletters.
Shamala has also provided stories, articles, sample meal plans and recipes for magazines and newspapers.
Shamala particularly enjoys writing articles for the general public and developing nutrition education and lifestyle material for her clients.
She is the author of 2 books – The Omega-3 Life Program: Your Food Guide for Health & Healing published by McGraw-Hill Australia in 2002 and The Omega-3 Diet Revolution: The Ultimate Health & Weight Loss Solution published by Pan Macmillan Australia in 2006.
Consultation
Consultancy to food companies and other organisations including writing, menu development, menu reviews and recipe analyses can be provided.
Shamala has consulted to The Sydney Seafood School, Chanteclair Farms and The Body Egg and The Tasmanian Salmon Growers Association.
Shamala looks forward to working more with farmers, growers, food manufacturers and other organisations to promote a variety of healthy, tasty and great food products.
