How does the program work?
It has 3 phases:
1. A Gradual Weight Loss Phase called The Omega Energising Phase

Most people go straight onto this phase. It is a gradual weight loss diet that gets real health benefits. As it is nutritionally well-balanced and tastes great, a person can stay on this phase for the rest of their lives.
2. A Rapid Weight Loss Phase called The Omega Rapid Weight Loss Phase
(1200-1300 cal or 5040-5460 kJ):
While slow and gradual weight loss is the best way, many overweight people lose motivation if they don't see more rapid results. So, the rapid phase can be used every 3 months or so for a period of 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, a person has to revert to the regular plan or The Omega Energising Phase.
3. A Weight Maintenance Plan called The Omega Energising Plus Phase
(1700-1800 cal or 7140-7560 kJ):
After people reach their goal weight, they can go on to the maintenance plan. This plan can be used on weekends even while on the regular plan. This is also a highly effective plan for those who don't need to lose weight and who have pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high triglycerides or heart disease.
